Lemon IceBox Pie

refreshing cool summer dessert

Serves: 8-10
Difficulty: Easy - for beginners

Ingredients

1 deep dish 9" graham cracker crust (baked)
2 cans condensed milk
4 egg yolks
1 cup of lemon juice
1 8oz container of cool whip

Method

In a bowl combine condensed milk & lemon juice, a little at a time; add egg yolks until blended thoroughly. Pour into pie shell; bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Refrigerate until cold, top with cool whip.
