1 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 cups chunky peanut butter
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
2c all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup honey roasted peanuts (crushed)
-Mix sugars, peanut butter, butter, egg, peanuts in large bowl.
- Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, & salt.
- Mix two together
-Cover and refrigerate about 1 hours or until firm.
-Heat oven to 375ºF.
-Use spoon to shape dough into 1 1/4-inch balls
-Place about 3 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet
-Flatten in crisscross pattern with fork dipped into sugar.
- Bake 10 minutes or until light golden brown.
