3/4 cup margarine
1 1/2 packs graham crackers, rolled into fine crumbs
2 8oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
4 tbsp milk
1 12oz container of cool whip
1 pint of fresh strawberries sliced, or frozen strawberries, thawed, or can of strawberry pie filling
Melt margarine, mix with graham cracker crumbs and press firmly into bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 for 10 min.
Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and milk. Spread on colled graham cracker crust. Then spread cool whip over cream cheese layer. Top with your choice of strawberries above in ingredients.
