Donna Hay's Food Processor Banana Cake

It is the most moist luscious :P banana cake I have ever eaten and it keeps well for 2-3 days in an airtight container

Ingredients

1 cup caster sugar,
1/4 cup brown sugar,
1 cup mashed banana ( i just break it into 4/5 pieces)
125g melted butter,
3 eggs,
3/4 cup sour cream
1 3/4 cups self raising flour

Method

Put the following ingredients into a food processor:
1 cup caster sugar,
1/4 cup brown sugar,
1 cup mashed banana ( i just break it into 4/5 pieces)
125g melted butter,
3 eggs,
3/4 cup sour cream
Process until smooth.

Add self raising flour and process until combined.

Spoon mix into a ring tin (I use a loaf tin) and bake for 40 minutes @ 180C or until it springs back when touched / cooked. It takes around 50 mins in a loaf tin.
