Easy Rolls

Can make it the night before and pop it in the oven in the morning. Karen Smith gave me this recipe at Thanksgiving. So easy...so delicious.

Serves: 24 rolls

Ingredients

2.5 t. yeast
2 c. warm water
1/3 c. butter (can be melted or just soft)
1/3 c. oil (can use all butter)
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
4 c. flour
1 t. b. powder
1 t. salt

Method

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add & mix in butter, oil, sugar & egg. Add & mix flour, b.powder & salt.

Refrigerate 1 hour to 3 days.

pre-heat over 425 F

Grease & fill 24 muffin tins

Bake 20-30 min.

Remove from tins after cooling 2-5 min.
