Crab Dip Recipe

Crab Dip

Ingredients

1 diced yellow bell pepper
1 diced green bell pepper
1 diced shallot (or 1 small red onion)
1 lb. lump crab meat diced
1/2 to 1 cup mayo
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt and pepper
celery seed

Method

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, chill overnight. Serve on crackers.
