Cornbread Casserole

Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1/2 c margarine
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernal corn
1 pkg corn bread mix (like Jiffy)
1 cup sour cream

Method

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until getting golden brown on top and edges.
