Plum Crunch

Ingredients

24 Italian plums, pitted and halved
Topping:
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Crumbs:
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg beaten

1/2 cup melted butter

Method

1. Mix topping ingredients in a small bowl
2. Mix Crumbs in a medium bowl
3. Place plums in bottom of a buttered 13X9 inch pan, skin side down. Sprinkle crumbs over plums. Sprinke topping over top and drizzle with butter.

Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
