Food Networks Maple Turkey Sausage

We always run out of sausage, (plus I'm not a big pork fan), however I always have the ingredients for this. "Breakfast" for dinner is a big favorite at our house.

Ingredients

* 2 pounds ground turkey
* 2 tablespoons maple syrup
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
* 1/2 teaspoon sage

Method

Mix ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate overnight. Shape mixture into 4 flat patties, each 3/4-inch thick. Cook on medium heat, 6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
