Mom's Swedish Meat Balls

Ingredients

Meat balls:
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup minced onion
3/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp minced parsley
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
Gravy:
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Hot fat from meatballs
2 cups boiling water
3/4 cup sour cream

Method

Meat balls:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into balls the size of a walnut. Brown in 1/4 cup vegetable oil. Remove meat balls (do not through away fat) and make Gravy. Return meat balls to gravy; cook 15-20 minutes.

Gravy:
Stir flour, paprika, salt and pepper into hot fat in skillet. Stir in boiling water and sour cream.
