Vegan Tapenade

Modified from the original. Great on bread slices or with crackers.

Serves: 4-6
Difficulty: Easy - for beginners

Ingredients

1 can black olives, drained
2 Tbsp capers, drained
3-4 roasted bell peppers, drained
1 Tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper (to taste)

Method

Put everything in food process and go at it (but not too much). Refrigerate until ready to serve.
