Tuna Noodle Casserole

2 cans solid white tuna packed in oil, drained well and flaked
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom or chicken soup, undiluted
1 1/2 cups cooked egg noodles
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup crushed cracker crumbs


Preheat the oven to 350 F.

In a medium bowl, mix together the tuna, soup, cooked noodles, and pepper. Spoon into a 9 x 5 x 3 in. loaf pan. Sprinkle the top with the cracker crumbs.

Bake, uncovered, in the oven 30-35 minutes, or until the filling is bubbly and the crumbs are toasted. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
