Pot Roast

A wonderful pot roast recipe

Serves: 4
Difficulty: Medium - some experience needed

Ingredients

2-3 lb chuck roast
1 large Reynolds oven bag
onions
carrots
potatoes
1 package beef stew mix
salt and pepper
parsley
garlic salt
wooster to taste
1 cup water

Method

put roast in oven bag - see directions for using bag on box. add wet ingredients first. then add stew mix, onions and all dry ingredients.
if you don't like your carrots and potatoes too mushy, add them about 45 minutes before taking out of oven.
cook according to directions in oven bag box.
