BLT Chicken Salad

BLT Chicken Pasta Salad

Serves: 8 servings
Difficulty: Easy - for beginners

Ingredients

1 pound Bow tie or wagon wheel pasta
2 cups mayo
1/4 cup Chili sauce
Seasoned Salt to taste
White Pepper to taste
1 pound Breaded Chicken Poppers, cooked and cooled slightly
2 tomatoes, 1/2 inch dice or 2 cups grape tomatoes cut in half
4 green onions. sliced
5 leaves romaine ( or iceberg) cut in 3/4 inches pieces
1/2 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled

Method

Cooke pasta al dente and rinse under cold water. Mix mayo and chili sauce together and toss with pasta. Add seasoned salt and white pepper to taste and mix, Gently stir in chicken chunks, green onions and tomatoes. Just before serving stir in bacon and lettuce.
