5 peaches, halved, pitted, and cut into wedges
1 1/2 pints blueberries
2 teaspoons orange flower water
2 tablespoons cane sugar
In a large bowl, with a large spoon, gently combine peaches and blueberries. Add the orange flower water and continue to combine, serve cold or pour fruit into a 12 by 8 baking dish. Sprinkle with cane sugar and bake in a preheated 325 degree F oven for 20 minutes, until sugar caramelizes. Let cool just a bit before serving.
