Crush or crumb the crackers in blender or food processor. I
start with a small amount and judge if I need more. Coat the
chicken with sour cream (again judge how much - you only need
enough to coat the chicken). Roll it in the crumbs.
Melt the butter/margarine and drizzle over chicken. Season to
taste. Place in baking dish. If you line the dish with foil,
clean up is a snap.
Bake at 350-400 degrees F. for about 30-40 minutes.
