There are 3 options for these pies.
Use a mini muffin pan, add the crust in the mini muffins, add the fruit filling and bake.
Use a Muffin pan, add the crust in the muffin pans,and bake (takes a lil more time)
Flatten out the pie crust, cut it into 2-3 inch rounds or squares, put a dollop of pie filling in the middle and makes little bags or wontons shells. Bake
I cooked these at 400 degrees and times varied from 10-25 minutes.
