1 package of frozen raviolis
1 jar of premium spaghetti sauce. (Parmesan flavor)
1 package of good mozzarella
1 can of diced tomatoes
1/2 small onion chopped
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 large garlic clove minced
(if you have any pre-cut green peppers or onions, throw some in)
Parmesan cheese to sprinkle
1 lb Hamburger meat
Heat the oven to 350 degrees
Brown and drain the hamburger and return to the pan on medium-medium high heat. add the minced garlic clove, celery and onion(If you have any raw veggies cook them with the hamburger.)
Add the canned tomatoes and sauce and heat to a simmer. Turn the stove off.
In a 8x8 or 9x9 pan place a small amount of sauce on the bottom of the pan. Add one layer or raviolis
Add 1/3 of the sauce on top of them. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese (no more then ¼ cup per layer). Repeat 2 times so you have 3 layers of ravioli and 3 layers of sauce. Cover with tin foil and cook for 1 hour.
Once bubbling, take the dish out of the oven and add a good amount mozzarella cheese and Parmesan and return to the over uncovered 10-15 minutes. You are done.
