I got this recipe off of my friend Jay.

Dietary guidance: v v n g d 


1 c flat leaf parsley
3/4 c EVOO
3 tbs red wine vinegar
2 tbs dried oregano
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp table salt
3 garlic cloves
1/2 tbs cracked pepper


Add all ingredients into a blender. Begin by pulsing so that the parsley gets pulled into the teeth of the blender. Once the parsley is at least 75% below the level of the liquid, you can liquify.
