1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 can cream of celery soup
1/3 cup milk
1/8 ground black pepper
2 tbsp. lemon juice concentrate
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
4 cups hot cooked rice
4 lemon slices (optional)
1. Heat oil medium- high in large skillet; Add chicken and cook until browned.
2. Combine soup, milk and pepper in skillet. Gradually stir in lemon juice. Heat to a boil; stirring often. Reduce heat to low.
3. Top with chicken and broccoli. Cover and simmer until chicken is cooked through- about 10 minutes.
4. Serve over rice and garnish with lemon slices.
