4 1/2 lb red potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch thick slices
2 cups fat free sour cream
1 cup Cheez whiz
250g smoked ham, chopped
1/2 cup green onion, sliced
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1. Preheat oven to 350*F
2. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Place potatoes in a large saucepa; cover with water. Bring to boil on high heat. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10-12 minutes or until tender; drain potatoes. Return potatoes to saucepan.
3. Transfer 1/4 potatoes to large bowl. Add sour cream; mash with potato masher, add Cheez Whiz spread, ham and green onions; mix lightly. Add mashed potato mixture to potato slices in saucepan; stir gently. Spoon into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
4. Bake 30 minutes or until heated through
