Orange Beef Stirfry

Serves: 4 Cooking time: Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


Ingredients

2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 lb boneless beef sirloin, cut into strips
1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
1 medium yellow pepper, cut into strips
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 medium onion sliced
1/2 cup snow peas
1 can condensed tomato soup
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
4 cups hot cooked rice


Method

1. Heat half the oil at medium heat in large skillet. Add beef and stir fry until cooked through. Reduce heat. Set beef aside
2. Add remaining oil. Add peppers, onion, peas and cook until tender crisp.
3. Stir in soup, orange juice, soya sauce, vinegar and garlic powder. Return beef to skillet. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.
