Shortcut Spaghetti and Meat Sauce

Cooking time:


1 tbsp. vegetable oil
3/4 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
1/4 cup diced onions
1/4 cup diced celery
1 can tomato with basil and organo soup
3/4 cup water
5 cups hot cooked spaghetti
1/4 cup grated romano and parmesan cheese


1. Heat oil at medium high temperature in large skillet and stir fry onions and celery until tender
2. Stir in mixture of soup, water, and cooked ground beef. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
3. Simmer covered for 10 minutes. Serve over pasta or toss together. Sprinkle with cheese
