Traditional Choke Cherry Jelly from Grandma Knaack

3 Cups Choke Cherry Juice
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
4 1/2 Cups Sugar
1 Package Sure Gell
7 8oz Jelly Jars


Measure Juice, Lemon juice into a large pan, add sure gel.

Place over High heat stirring constantly till full boil, add sugar.

While stirring return to full boil,reduce heat to Med Hi and boil for exactly 2 minutes.

Skim the foam then pour into sanitized jars, cover with a little parrafin wax. Let cool overnight then place covers on the jars.
