Fresh Salsa

Great recipe for snacking or doubling for a party.

Serves: 6
Difficulty: Easy - for beginners

1 Jalapeno Pepper
2 Small cans (14.5 oz) Diced Roasted Garlic Tomatos (Drained)
Leaves from 10 stems of fresh cilantro
Juice from 1 lime.
1 medium chopped sweet onion
1 Tbls Salt (optional)
3 - 4 Tbls Sugar to taste


Chop pepper in the blender (I leave the seeds out and add back later if needed)
Add lime juice and Cilantro and continue to chop
Add drained tomatoes and blend for 1 second (1 pulse)
Chop the onion course (dime sized) and place in bowl.
Add the mix from blender and stir.
Add sugar and salt to taste.
Double for a party.
