Lemon souffle pudding

Ingredients

¾ Cup Sugar
3 Tblsp. Lemon Juice
1 Tblsp Butter
2 Tblsp. Flour
2 Egg Yolks, beaten
2 Egg Whites, stiffly beaten
1 Cup Milk

Method

1. Preheat oven to 350*F
2.Cream sugar and butter. Add egg yolks, lemon, flour and milk.
3.Fold in egg whites.
4.Pour into a casserole.
5.Place casserole in a banking pan and pour enough hot water around casserole to amount to at least an inch in depth.
6.Bake for 45 minutes.
7. Goes well with a small dollop of whipped cream.
