1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed
3 tbsp. melted butter or margerine
1 tbsp olive oil
2 to 3 tsp. chopped fresh tarragon or marjoram
1/2 tsp. garlic pepper seasoning
1/8 tsp onion salt
Shaved parmesan cheese
1. Blend butter, olive oil, tarragon(or marjoram), garlic pepper, and onion salt in a small bowl. Place asparagus in shallow bowland drizzle with the butter mixture. Toss gently to coat with mixture. Set aside.
2. Heat grill to medium direct heat. Place asparagus crosswise on grill. Grill covered 5-9 minutes or until tender crisp, turning once
3. Serve topped with shaved parmesan cheese.
