1 shallot, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 10-oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry.
1 14-oz plain or Greek yogurt
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
2 Tbsp. chopped dill
Salt and pepper
Puree all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Chill for 30 minutes and servie with pita bread or crudites
