3 chocolate pie crusts
Graham cracker crumbs and butter
Large container of cool-whip
8 oz. brick of cream cheese (at room temperature)
1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk
1/8 tsp. lemon juice
2 pints of strawberries, 1 pint each of blueberries and raspberries
Add a layer of graham cracker crumbs (prepared with butter, according to package instructions) to the prepared chocolate crust. Chill while preparing the pie filling.
Whip cream cheese, then add milk and mix in cool whip. Add lemon juice. Clean and dry strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Cut strawberries into quarters. Gently fold fruit in with spoon/spatula.
Spoon into crust and refrigerate until set, at least 1 hour.
