Broiled Whitefish

Lemmon broiled whitefish with breadcrumb topping

Ingredients

4 whitefish fillets
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup melted margarine
2 cups bread crumbs
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
1 tsp pepper
pinch of salt

Method

In small bowl, combine lemon juice and melted margarine. In medium bowl, combine bread crumbs, pepper, salt and parsley. Add half of the lemon/margarine mixture to bread crumb mixture. Mix well. Add paprika to lemon/margarine mixture and coat fish.

Broil fish for about 10 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.

Top fish with the bread crumb mixture and return to broiler for about 2 minutes or until heated through and crumbs are browned.

Remove and serve.
