Spinach & Cheese Rigatoni

Ingredients

4 cups Cooked Rigatoni Pasta 1L
2 tbsp All-Purpose Flour 30mL
2 ¼ cups Skim Milk 550mL
1 tsp chili powder 5mL
½ tsp black pepper 2mL
1 tsp garlic powder 5mL
1 pkg frozen spinach, thawed & drained 300g
½ cup grated light cheddar cheese 125mL
¼ cup light Parmesan cheese 50mL

Method

• Add all ingredients except rigatoni in a saucepan
• Cook at medium heat until cheddar cheese is melted
• Pour over pasta and toss to combine
