500 grams (2 pkgs) Cream cheese
4 tablespoons Butter
⅓ cup Green olives, chopped
⅓ cup Red pepper, diced (brown lightly in pan then drain)
4 tablespoons Chives, cut with scissors
Salt and freshly ground pepper
5 or 6 Tortillas
Using an electric stand mixer, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Adjust seasoning.
Spread the mixture on tortillas. Roll firmly, wrap with plastic film and squeeze ends tight.
Freeze in order to facilitate slicing. Remove from freezer 1 hour before serving.
Cut slices at least ½ inch (1 cm) thick. Serve at room temperature.
