Tuna Stroganoff

From Jean Pare's Main course . .great meal, without the heavy fishy taste that kids don't like . .my children love it, and my husband likes to make it . . awesome for a budget.

Ingredients

1 cup (250 mL) Chopped Onion
2 tbsp (30 mL) Butter or Margarine
2 tbsp (30 mL) All purpose Flower (you can use whole wheat)
1/2 tsp (2mL) Salt
1/8 tsp (.5mL) Pepper
10 oz. (284 mL) Condensed Cream of Mushroom soup
10 oz. (284 mL) Sliced mushrooms, drained . . . or fresh 1/2 . .or to taste
1/2 cup (125mL) Sour Cream . . .you can use soy cream or light cream
7 0z. (198g) Flaked Tuna, drained

Method

Saute onion in butter in frying pan until soft and clear.

Mix in flour, salt, peper and mushrooms. (I mix the dry ingredients together first)

Stir in Mushroom Soup until it boils and thickens.

Add sour cream and tuna, stir. Heat Through . . . serve over rice
