French Toast Casserole

A wonderful treat that you can make the night before and bake in the morning

Ingredients

1 loaf of cinnamon swirl bread/cinnamon raisin - cut into cubes (about 8 cups)
6 egss, beaten
3 cups milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
powdered/confectioner's sugar

Method

Place bread cubes in greased 3 quart shallow baking dish.

Mix eggs, milk and vanilla. Pour over bread. Cover and refridgerate 1 hour or overnight.

Bake uncovered at 350 for 50 minutes or until golden. Sprinkle with Confectioner's sugar. Serve with Syrup, if desired.
