Zucchini casserole - zesty and yummy

Zesty, hearty and healthy

Ingredients

26 oz cream mushroom soup
2 large onions
1 pound zucchini
10 slices pepperjack cheese
tablespoon soy souce
1 cup elbow spaghetti

Method

While cooking spaghettic, add the following to baking dish: sliced zucchini, diced onions, mushroom soup, pepper jack broken into pieces, and mix.
When spaghetti done, add and mix.
Add soy sauce and mix.
Back for 45 minutes at 375 F
Serve with generous fresh ground pepper on top.
