Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
3/4 cup (6 oz) low-fat cream cheese
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
24 apple slices
1. Place cream cheese, brown sugar, and pumpkin in medium bowl. Beat with a mixer at medium speed until well blended.
2. Add syrup and cinnnamon, beat until smooth.
3. Cover and chilll 30 minutes. Serve with apple.
