Ingredients
4 large, ripe, Fresh California Avocados, seeded and peeled
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1 jalapeno, finely diced
1/4 cup diced scallions
2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
2/3 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 egg, hard boiled and crumbled
Method
Mix all ingredients together and serve with tortilla chips.
