
Saucy Honey Maple BBQ ribs slow cooked to perfection.

Ingredients:
• 2 lbs country-style boneless pork ribs
• 6-8 onion slices
• 1/8 cup honey
• 1/8 cup maple syrup
• 1/8 cup hot chili garlic sauce
• 1/8 cup BBQ sauce
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp ginger
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp pepper
Method
Place the onion slices on the bottom of the crock before placing the pork in the slow cooker/Crock Pot. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over pork. Cover and cook on low for 4hrs (high setting) to 8 hrs (low setting) (this is the preferred setting).
