Gazpacho

Raw tomato soup

Ingredients

2 tomatoes
1 red pepper
1/3 of a cucumber
1/2 a lemon or lime juiced
1-2 cloves raw garlic
1 tsp sea salt
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp black pepper (can skip if you aren't a pepper fan)

Method

Chop all the vegetables well enough that the blender will easily handle them.

Put everything into the blender.

Fill the remaining space with water up to the top.

Blend until smooth. Serve at room temperature or heat if desired.
