Spicy Eggplants ( Chinese)

This dish was inspired by P F Chang's dish that I enjoyed very much, very simple to make it at home


Serves: 2-3 Preparation time: Cooking time: Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


Ingredients

1 Large Eggplant,
1 onion sliced or chopped ,
1 tbsp minced garlic, mixture, red chillies 3-4
Soya sauce( to taste),teriyaki marinade/sauce, add schiraccha sauce if extra spicy needed


Method

Chop onions and garlic and saute in oil with whole red chillies, add the eggplant and sauce and stir fry on high heat for 2 minutes then lower heat and cook until eggplants are soft.This dish cooks in less than 10 mins. Very Yummy, believe me.
Serve with hot steamy white rice.
