Ingredients
cups Chicken
2 cups Brocolli
1 cup non-fat milk
1 can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken & Celery soups
2 oz.. reduced fat swiss cheese
1 oz.. parmesan cheese
Method
Cook broccoli for 3-4 minutes, then cool in cold water. Cook chicken & cut into pieces. Mix both soups with milk. Layer chicken & broccoli in greased 2.5 quart casserole dish. Pour soup/milk mixture over, and sprinkle grated cheeses over top.
Bake @ 350 for 30 min.
