Ingredients
2 Avocados
1 cup raw sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
3/4 cup organic cocoa or raw carob powder
3/4 cup water, plus additional water to thin if needed
1 young coconut
Method
You will need a really good blender for this a Vita-mix is recommended but not necessary.
Place all ingredients in blender starting with Avocados and going down list. Add the coconut water and meat. Blend ingredients until smooth, if mouse is too thick add water until consistency is to your liking.
