Fat Burning Smoothie. (All my smoothie recipes have been tried by me and rated!)
This one rates a B. A very slight aftertaste that could be remedied by using slightly less cocoa powder or a little more sweetener.
Serves: 1 Preparation time: Cooking time: Difficulty: Easy - for beginners
Ingredients
1 c. skim or 2 % milk
1/2 c. lowfat cottage cheese
2 T. sweetener (I use "just like sugar")
1/4 c. cocoa powder
6 ice cubes
Method
Blend all ingredients together and enjoy! A great fat-burning breakfast smoothie!
