Yummy Protein rich smoothie. Fatburning and great for breakfast!


Serves: 2 Preparation time: Cooking time: Difficulty: Easy - for beginners


Ingredients

1 c. skim or 2 % milk
1 c. lowfat cottage cheese
4 strawberries
6 cubes ice


Method

Blend all ingredients together. (I use a Magic Bullet blender!)
