Savory Pork Chops

Tender pork chops smothered in a mouth-watering sauce.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon ground mustard
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 (3/4 inch) thick pork chops
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

MUSTARD SAUCE:
2 teaspoons ground mustard
1 cup water
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons orange marmalade, or orange jelly
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Method

In a bowl, combine the first four ingredients. Dredge pork chops in flour mixture. In a skillet over medium heat, brown chops in oil on both sides, about 8 minutes. Combine the sauce ingredients; pour over chops. Cover and simmer until meat is tender, about 20 minutes. Spoon sauce over porkchops when serving. Enjoy :-)
