Funny Bone Cupcakes

Homemade peanut butter filling

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners

Ingredients

Chocolate cupcakes (about 20- I used Duncan Hines Dark Choc)
8-10 oz creamy peanutbutter, room temp
1 1/2 cups 10x sugar
2 Tbs butter
2 Tbs milk, give or take, to fluffy consistency
Can of choc frosting, or home made

Method

Beat the peanutbutter, butter, sugar, and milk until fluffy. Pipe into the cooled cupcake, using a pastry tip and zip-loc bag. top with choc frosting.
