Fat on a Fat Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

1 egg
1-2 slices of cheddar or provolone cheese
1 everything bagel
2 dashes of garlic and wine seasoning from the melting pot
garlic cream cheese
Texas Pete hot sauce

Method

Fry the egg and melt cheese on top before removing from the pan. split and toast the bagel and smear cream cheese on top of the bottom 1/2. place egg on bottom bagel 1/2 add a few dashes of garlic and wine seasoning and hot sauce and top with other 1/2 of bagel.


Run 20 miles after consuming this.
