8 oz. large mushrooms
3 tbsp. butter (melted)
1/4 cup celery
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1. Remove stems from mushrooms and chop stems.
2. Add dry ingredients to chopped stems.
3. Add wet ingredients and mix.
4. Spoon stuffing mixture into mushroom tops.
5. Bake at 400F/200C for 10-12 min.
6. Serve with pasta.
