Dietary guidance: v v 


3kg tomatoes decored and halved;1bulb peeled garlic cloves;2onions peeled and roughly cut;250ml olive oil;100ml balsamic vinegar;salt/peppermill;100g sugar;100g fresh basil


-place all ingredients except basil on a roasting tray and roast on a high heat till tomatoes are coloured.
-liquise with basil in a processor
