Chicken Burrito

Ingredients

2 Thin sliced roma tomatoes
3 c. diced cooked chichen
lime juice
3/4 c. salsa
1 T southwest seasoning
1 garlic clove
1 1/2 c. shredded colby jack cheese
tortilla shells

Method

Preheat oven to 425
slice tomatoes and set aside
mix chicken,lime juice,salsa,seasoning, garlic and half of the cheese
fill and roll tortilla shells and place in a baking dish
top with tomatoes and cheese
bake for 20 min. at 425
